For YouTube streamers

YouTube Live TTS viewer messages read aloud on stream

Give your YouTube viewers a voice on stream. They type a message, pick a character voice and Blerp reads it out live, so your Super Chats and fans' jokes get heard, not just seen.

Two ways to add TTS

  • Viewer TTS

Viewers send a message from your Blerp page or the Blerp browser extension while they watch, in the voice they choose.

  • Super Chat TTS

Add a TTS block to your Super Chat or membership alert and Blerp reads the viewer's message. Part of Blerp Unlimited.

Keep it under control

  • Send messages through a moderation queue so you or a mod approve them first.
  • Set the longest message you'll accept.
  • Limit TTS to allowed viewers.

Questions

Does Blerp read YouTube chat aloud?

No. Blerp reads the TTS messages viewers send through Blerp and, with Blerp Unlimited, the message on a Super Chat alert. Regular chat stays silent.

What voices are there?

Character and celebrity-style voices from Blerp's library, and a standard voice. Try them before you go live. TTS tester

Can I stop rude messages?

Yes. Turn on the moderation queue and nothing plays until you or a moderator approve it.

Does it work if I also stream on Twitch?

Yes. The same browser source plays TTS from every platform you stream to.
