Kick Emotes: Sizes, Slots and How to Get More Kick's own rules, and the emotes beyond them
Guides disagree on Kick's emote limits because they changed. These are Kick's current numbers from its own help page, and the two ways to add emotes beyond them.
Kick's own emotes
| Channel emotes | Subscriber emotes | |
|---|---|---|
| Who can add them | Every Kick channel | Affiliates and Verified channels |

| Who can use them | Anyone, in your chat only | Your active subscribers, in any Kick chat |
| File | PNG or GIF, 500 by 500 px, under 1 MB | PNG or GIF, 500 by 500 px, under 1 MB |
| Who sees them | Everyone, no extension | Everyone, no extension |
From Kick Help, how to add or edit Kick emotes, read November 1, 2026. Kick subscriber emotes are not shared with 7TV, so they never show through it.
Emotes beyond Kick's slots
7TV on Kick
Connect Kick on 7tv.app and add emotes from its library. Viewers see them with 7TV's extension or Blerp's. BTTV and FFZ have no Kick sets.
Your Twitch set, carried over
Link Twitch and Kick on Blerp and the 7TV, BTTV and FFZ set you built on Twitch shows in your Kick chat for viewers with the Blerp extension, with nothing to re-add.
Blerp emotes
Anyone can add Blerp emotes. They show in Kick chat for viewers with the extension, and play in your Kick alerts for everyone.
Seeing them as a viewer
Kick's own emotes show for everyone. 7TV, BTTV, FFZ and Blerp emotes need a desktop extension: the Blerp extension shows all of them in Kick chat once Chat emotes is switched on in its menu.
Questions
How do I get subscriber emotes on Kick?
Become a Kick Affiliate or a Verified channel, then add up to 24 in Creator Dashboard under Emotes. Kick's help page has the steps.
Does 7TV work on Kick?
Yes, through 7TV's own extension after connecting Kick on 7tv.app, and through the Blerp extension, which also carries a streamer's Twitch set over.
Does BTTV work on Kick?
BTTV has no Kick channel sets, so a channel's BTTV emotes can't show on Kick on their own. With Blerp, a streamer who links Twitch and Kick gets their Twitch BTTV set in Kick chat for Blerp viewers.
Do you get paid for emotes on Kick?
No. Emotes are a perk, not a product; Kick pays through subscriptions, which Affiliates unlock, and subscriber emotes are one of the perks.
What size are Kick emotes?
500 by 500 pixels, PNG or GIF, under 1 MB, per Kick's help page.
