Giveaway Wheel for Twitch & Kick channel points

Viewers redeem a channel point reward and a prize wheel spins on your stream. It lands on one of your prizes, plays that prize's alert and logs who won what in your Stream History.

How the wheel works

Spins
One redeem, one spin. The viewer who redeemed wins the slice it lands on.
Prizes
You type each slice and set its chance. A slice is drawn as big as its chance, so viewers can see the odds.
Winner
Blerp picks the slice by your chances when the reward is redeemed, then the wheel spins to it.
Alerts
Each slice plays its own alert: a sound, TTS, a video or a chat message with the winner's name.
Record
A Reward block logs the win in your Stream History with the viewer's name. Press Fulfill once you hand it out, or Reject.
On screen
The wheel hides when the prize's alert ends. Add a delay, or keep it on screen.

Set up a giveaway wheel

  1. 1

    Open Channel Points

Sign in with Twitch or Kick, open Channel Points and pick “Spin the wheel” under Reward ideas.

  2. 2

    Add your prizes

Under Wheel options, type a prize in each Name and set its Chance. “+ Add option” adds a slice. Slices you leave alone share what is left.

  3. 3

    Give each prize an alert

Press “Create alert” on a slice. It starts with a Reward block: name the prize and add the Viewer Name variable. Add a sound or a chat message if you like.

  4. 4

    Save the reward

Press “Create Alert”, then set the Reward Name and Redeem Amount, keep Twitch, Kick or both on, and save.

  5. 5

    Test it in OBS

Add Blerp's Main browser source to your scene. In the reward's alert, press “Spin Wheel” to send a test spin.

Giveaway ideas

  • A rare top prize

Set a game key to 5% and split the rest between smaller prizes. Its slice is drawn small, so chat can see it is rare.

  • Try again slices

Add a slice with no prize so not every spin gives something away. A slice needs a name, but its alert can stay empty.

  • Dares instead of prizes

Slices like “100 pushups” or “Sing a song” work the same way. Stream History keeps the list, so press Fulfill when each one is done.

  • A spin for big supporters

On the Alerts page, add a Wheel block to your gifted sub, Bits or tip alert, so a big moment gets a spin too.

Questions

Is the wheel free?

No. The wheel is part of Blerp Unlimited, on channel point rewards and in alerts. Your Blerp account and sound rewards are free. See plans

Does it work on Kick?

Yes. Blerp makes the same reward in Kick's Channel Points menu, and a Kick redeem spins the same wheel. Cooldowns and per-stream limits only work on Twitch for now.

Can viewers' names be on the wheel?

No. Slices are the prizes you type, so the wheel picks a prize, not a viewer. The viewer who redeemed is the winner, and their name can go in the prize's chat message, TTS or Reward.

How do I show it in OBS?

Add Blerp's Main browser source to your scene, the same one your alerts use. Configure Wheel Visuals sets the style, font, colors, spin animation and a background image.
