Questions

How much time should a sub add?

A new Blerp subathon timer starts at 5 minutes for a Tier 1 sub, 10 for Tier 2 and 25 for Tier 3. For a long run, use less time per sub so the clock does not outrun you.

Should I cap my subathon?

A cap is the latest your subathon can end, so one big night cannot keep you live for days. In Blerp's timer the cap is a date and time: time past it still counts behind the scenes, but the timer on stream stops at the cap.

Do gifted subs count?

Yes. In Blerp's timer a gifted sub adds the same time as a regular sub of its tier, so ten gifted Tier 1 subs add 50 minutes at the starting rates.
