Subathons are one of the most fun ways to grow your Twitch channel, boost engagement, and reward your community. With Blerp’s Subathon Timer, you can let your viewers add time to your stream through follows, subscriptions, donations, and more. Here’s how to set it up on Twitch.
Step 1: Open the Stream Editor
Go to Blerp and log in with your Twitch account. Once inside, click “Switch to Stream Editor.”
Step 2: Navigate to Timers
In the top navigation bar, select “Events” and then click “Timers” from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Manage Your Subathon Timers
The Timer Manager is where you’ll control everything:
- Create new timers
- Edit timers during your subathon
- Track active timers
- End timers when the event is done
Step 4: Create Your Timer
Click “Create a new timer.”
Then customize your timer settings:
- Timer Title → Example: “Twitch Subathon Timer.”
- Starting Duration → The amount of time your stream starts with.
- Additional Time Per Event → Add extra time for follows, subs, donations, or bit cheers.
- Colors → Adjust main and secondary colors to match your Twitch brand.
Step 5: Add the Timer to OBS or Streamlabs
Once your timer is set, copy the browser source URL that Blerp generates. Paste this into OBS or Streamlabs as a browser source to display your Subathon Timer directly on your Twitch stream.
You’re Ready to Go!
That’s it, your Blerp Subathon Timer is now active for Twitch. As your viewers subscribe, follow, or donate, your timer will automatically update in real time, keeping your stream exciting and interactive.
Next time you run a subathon, let your community drive the clock and watch the hype build!
